Our “extra vergine d’oliva” oil shows a deep green color with golden shades and it is obtained from drissar and leccino olive varietals , grown on sunny hills.
It comes from Garda lake area: an oasis of warm Mediterrean climate in spite of being located above the 45° parallel (borderline of the mitteleuropean-continental zone).
Sometimes the limpidity of this oil shows itself as veiled by olive paste small pieces: a real guarantee of cold-grinding by traditional millstones. Its flavour is fruity, full but gentle, able to make, of all the tastes, the richest.
